High-fat fast food. Potato chips, French fries, burgers, hot dogs, and nachos may satisfy a hungry stomach quickly, but eating them after a workout can undo the results of your previous workout.

The fat in these foods is difficult to digest, which is not what people want to see after exercise. What needs to be replenished after exercise is glycogen, rather than increasing the body's stored fat.
