Don’t eat bananas on an empty stomach
Banana contains a lot of magnesium. Eating it on an empty stomach will cause the magnesium in the body to rise sharply and have an inhibitory effect on the cardiovascular system. Bananas contain up to 20% sugar and a large amount of potassium. One banana a day is enough to maintain normal potassium levels. Eating more bananas will change the potassium-sodium ratio in the body. Especially eating on an empty stomach will increase the load on the heart, causing muscle numbness, drowsiness and fatigue, and in severe cases, heart disease. Conduction block and arrhythmia are prone to myocardial infarction. It should be eaten after meals or when you are not hungry.
