Bulked-Up Bison Burger Recipe with Steak Fries

                                <li>2 lbs bison burger</li>
                                            <li>6 whole-wheat buns</li>
                                            <li>3 large red-skin potatoes</li>
                                            <li>3 egg whites</li>
                            </ul>

    <h2 class="block-title"><span>Directions</span></h2>

                            <li>Divide bison burger into six 1/3-pound burger patties. Add preferred seasoning to flavor. Grill 7 to 10 minutes on each side until juices run clear. Add condiments as desired and place on whole-wheat buns.</li>
                                    <li>For fries, cut three large red-skin potatoes into steak-fry-size pieces. Dip potato pieces into egg whites and then place on pre-sprayed baking sheet. Add seasoning salt to taste. Place into preheated oven at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, turning fries at the halfway point.</li>
