Gingerbread Protein Bars

    <ul class="recipe-ingredients__list">
                                <li>1/3 cup  vanilla protein powder </li>
                                            <li>1/4 cup oat flour </li>
                                            <li>1/4 cup dates</li>
                                            <li>2 tsp ground ginger </li>
                                            <li>1 tsp cinnamon </li>
                                            <li>2 tbsp water</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li>Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a dough forms.</li>
                                    <li>Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for up to 20 minutes.</li>
                                    <li>Shape chilled dough into bars, then put them in fridge to chill for at least 1 hour before eating.</li>
