The richer the breakfast, the more effective it is to lose weight

American researchers studied 93 overweight people and asked them to eat 1,400 calories a day.

The participants were randomly divided into two groups. Group A had a richer breakfast than dinner, and Group B had the opposite.

The results showed that those who had a rich breakfast lost an average of 8.1kg in weight and reduced their waist circumference by 7.6cm, which was much greater than those who had a rich dinner.
