Runners drinking beer can prevent colds
The University of Munich in Germany conducted a study: runners were asked to drink 1.5 liters of non-alcoholic beer every day, run a marathon 3 weeks later, and then drink beer for another two weeks.
Compared with people who did not drink, they contained more T cells in their bodies, which is a sign of a strong immune system. The chance of respiratory tract infection was 1/3 of other people.
Because whether it contains alcohol or not, beer contains grain polyphenols, which can reduce colds.
