Eight rules for choosing healthy foods
It is best not to eat the following foods:
1. Food that did not exist thousands of years ago;
2. Food advertised on TV;
3. You can’t accurately read the ingredients of food;
4. Food your great-grandmother never ate;
5. Food packed in boxes or plastic bags;
6. Food your dog won’t eat;
7. Food that will not rot or spoil;
8. Food treated with chemical substances.
