[Incline Bench Press] Barbell Incline Bench Press Illustration
[Incline bench press] The incline bench press mainly exercises the pectoralis major muscles (especially the upper layer), triceps, serratus deltoid muscles, trapezius muscles, and the incline bench press is used for barbell movements.
Hand width is basically just a little wider than shoulder width.
Leave within 45 degrees of the bench angle. When the angle is greater than 45 degrees, the elements of the movement become stronger due to increased stress on the shoulder deltoid muscles.
When the barbell is lifted vertically downward, the upper part of the chest (near the collarbone) is lightly in contact with the axis.
