The Dining Room

I'm so excited to share my most recent dining experience at the Dining Room at the Park Hyatt Sydney. I had the privilege of staying at this incredibly chic hotel last year which you can read about here.

The Modern French menu prepared by Chef Franck at The Dining Room has a relaxed Harbour view setting and is the perfect place to dine at for a special occasion. We ordered the 4 course tasting menu and could not have asked for a better evening whilst seated directly in front of the Opera house. I would highly recommend ordering the Tasmanian salmon for the main course as well as the pavlova for dessert! 

Thank you for the faultless service! I simply can't recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to visit again.
