ALL BRAN COCONUT BOWLS

These days I can’t go grocery shopping without looking at labels before putting something into my cart because I like to try and understand what it is I am consuming. This is also probably the main reason as to why I enjoy grocery shopping alone because a ten minute trip normally turns into an hour.

I want to share with you a new healthy Kellogg's recipe I absolutely adore and can feel good about adding to my diet and perhaps spark some interest in you too! 

Serves 2

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
½ cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup ice

Topping
3 tbsp Kelloggs All-Bran
1 tbsp dragon fruit
fresh blueberries / figs / raspberries / edible flowers to garnish

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined. Pour into a bowl, top with All-Bran and decorate with toppings.
