I was lucky enough to experience the new vegan menu at Otto Ristorante this week. The full vegan degustation menu was inspired by a regular client who asked if the restaurant could prepare a vegan menu for her one evening. I was completely blown away by the aesthetics of the food as well as the taste. A few highlights of my evening included the pavlova, selection of vegan cheeses as well as the beetroot ravioli and roasted pumpkin soup!
With a breathtaking view and array of beautifully prepared vegan dishes complimented with vegan wines - I couldn't have asked for a better evening in Sydney. Thank you Otto, I can't wait to come back!
